The Climate Workout consists of four parts: energy efficiency in housing, smart transportation, climate-friendly food and sensible consumption. Each part includes a few sections in which you will learn more about the topic and be provided with the matching workout exercises. You can work out at your own pace and follow your progress in the table of contents on the right-hand side. Click the “merkitse suorituksi” (mark as completed) button each time you complete a workout exercise in the section, and you will see the section mark turn green. You can complete the exercises in any order you like.
Remember to log in every time you work out to save your progress. You can find the login field in the top right-hand corner.
At the end of each workout session, there is a “discuss the topic” section in which you can ask questions, give feedback or share your own workout tips and respond to the comments of others. All messages will be submitted to the instructor for approval before they are displayed on the course page.
